DTTS CLASS ITINERARY / STRUCTURE
Our facility is a 5000+ square foot work out space where multiple classes can be held around the same intervals. Based on class sizes, our DTTS itinerary has been designed with the structure and schedule below beginning January 7th, 2012.
DTTS for Kids (ages 4-8)
→ This class is separate from all classes · Classes (Thursday 5:30 – 6:00pm) o First 10 minutes (stretching) o 10 minutes (techniques) o 10 minute (“fun” conditioning) – obstacle courses
→ This class is separate from all classes · Classes (Saturday 10:00am – 10:30am) o First 10 minutes (stretching) o 10 minutes (techniques) o 10 minute (“fun” conditioning) – obstacle courses
DTTS Self Defense for Pre-Teens (8-12)
→ The first part of this class (body conditioning) is with all scheduled students. The second part of this class will be separated based on age and rank · Classes (Thursday 6:00pm – 7:30pm) o First 15 minutes (body conditioning) o 15 minutes (“basic” techniques) o 60 minutes (classes by rank)

The third part of this class will be separated based on age and rank · Classes (Saturday 10:30am – 12:00pm) o First 15 minutes (body conditioning) o 15 minutes (“basic” techniques) o 60 minute (training based on rank) - split classes by age group and rank
DTTS Self Defense for Young Adults (ages 13-18)
→ The first part of this class (body conditioning) is with all scheduled students. The second part of this class will be separated based on age and rank · Classes (Thursday 6:00pm – 7:30pm) o First 15 minutes (body conditioning) o 15 minutes (“basic” techniques) o 60 minutes (classes by rank)

DTTS Woman Self Defense (women only ages 16 & up)
→ Your class is separate from all classes · Classes (Thursday 5:30 – 6:00pm) o First 10 minutes (stretching) o 10 minutes (learning /fine tuning learned techniques) o 10 minutes (self defense)
→ The first part of this class (body conditioning) is with all scheduled students. The second part of this class will be separated for women only
· Classes (Saturday 10:30am – 11:30am) o First 15 minutes (body conditioning with entire class) o 15 minutes (“basic” techniques) o 15 minutes (learning/fine tuning learned techniques) – Classes separated for Women only o 15 minutes (self defense)
